WHY YOU NEED TO CHOOSE OUR TEAM
Our organisation is very much based on experience; this is exemplified by our Director of Care, Jane Byford who has worked at all levels in the care and social care sector.
Even when Jane worked at the most senior levels, she never lost her focus and has retained her passion for ‘hands-on’ care and person-centred approach.
My Life Choice is looking for the very best people to build on the vast experience we already have in the Team. So, what does that mean?
The leadership team of My Life Choice is looking for people with some good life experience, an excellent ‘can do’ approach, non-judgmental, intuitive and passionate individuals.
For people joining our team, we will be proud to have you on-board – we will have recognised before you start that you have an attitude that is just right for us and a real, life-long passion for care.
You will be part of a team who wish to drive forward the simplicity of supporting someone who has been deemed in the past to have complex support needs. We all understand for something to seem simple it takes a great deal of co-production and excellent skill and team work.
My Life Choice will continue to support your career development, because we want the best possible skills for the people we support so that they benefit from and value your input.
Ultimately, the care customer that we support is the most important person in our organization and that goes without saying. Yet, you are also very important to us in every way. Without you, My Life Choice would not be offering any support or choices at all. Join us and you will be joining an organisation that will be up with the very best in service delivery and staff support. We want you to be proud to be part of the best care company and, that is My Life Choice.
